I liked the fact that it was possible to have coffee and a cold drink, as well as cake, all day long. Besides, the breakfast was extraordinarily good. The location near the museums as well as on the connection line 24 was very good. You can get anywhere.
Nothing to complain about

Breakfast was fine. . The location was quite central, we reached everything on foot from there. Museums, city centre, canals. The hotel was okay so far. Staff speak only English, actually everyone speaks English everywhere. We were lucky that the porter spoke a little German. Because we don't speak English very well.
Nothing. So far, so good.

quiet location, nice staff at the reception, good bed, close to tram
no make-up mirror, no minibar, room door does not fit into the frame -> light and noise from the hallway enter the room unhindered, unfriendly staff at breakfast, from 9.30 no more food is added, although breakfast is served until 10 am

missingWrote a review on 18 Novfaulty music systemtiny room
Our first night was horrendous. A delivery interrupted our sleep for nearly an hour, right outside our window. To make matters worse, loud music began blasting from the breakfast lounge at 6 am, proving that the soundproofing is atrocious. The staff acknowledged it was a faulty system, yet they offered no compensation for our ruined night despite our complaints. The room was so small that it felt cramped, and overall, the hotel had a stuffy, congested atmosphere.

The room was directly on the ground floor by the exhaust pipes. Not such good air if you had the window open.

The location was fantastic and very convenient for
Traveling around the city. The room was large and clean. The noise from nearby traffic was quite disruptive during the night.
